Ethan Jones is the Founder of Everlast Global, an Intelligence and Advisory firm serving clients across international markets. He leads client engagements, directs strategic advisory work, and authors the firm's Weekly Intel Reports.

Over nearly a decade, Ethan focused on Supply Chain execution — Enterprise System Implementation at Oracle, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management at Sanmina Corporation, with earlier operations exposure at Amazon. He draws on that direct operating experience across every client engagement. Ethan has served clients across Defense, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

Tiffany Fang is Co-Founder of Everlast Global and leads the firm's China-facing operations. Fluent in Mandarin, she has developed direct expertise across three core areas — Factory Assessments and Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Relationship Management across the Pearl River Delta manufacturing corridor, and Regional Market Intelligence translated into actionable insight for clients.

Before Everlast Global, Tiffany served as an Equity Tax Consultant at Deloitte, supporting cross-border equity compensation programs across 16 countries.
